you don’t have to post on every platform, babe.
i keep meeting agency and studio owners who treat linkedin like a place to repost their instagram. terrible strategy.
meanwhile, the 2026 data on where b2b growth actually comes from is not subtle at all. it's screaming "this is where you need to be," into the void and has been the driving force behind me building a 7 figure agency in less than a year.
so, here's the tea:
80% of every b2b lead that comes through social comes through linkedin.
linkedin generates organic leads 277% better than facebook and x. visitor-to-lead conversion sits at 2.74% versus facebook's 0.77%.
4 out of 5 people on the platform drive a buying decision at their company. your actual buyers are already scrolling. you just have to show up where they are.
personal profiles beat company pages by a wide margin. founder-led storytelling pulls roughly 3x the engagement of corporate content, and company page organic reach fell 60 to 66% since 2024. the brand account is fading. you are the channel now.
under 3% of members post more than once a week, so the room is basically empty.

showing up is quite literally half the battle.
point is, by just showing up you're lapping 97% of founders. here are some lessons i've learned since going all in on linkedin:
1. post from your own profile, not the studio page. take one client win and tell it as a story from your account. your name and your face carry the reach until your business can.
2. pick a cadence you can hold. three posts a week you keep beats a daily streak you abandon by friday. linkedin even has an in-app content scheduler. use it to your benefit.
3. close your industry takes with an invitation. most founders give the smart take and forget to say what they do. your next post about your world, end it by naming who you help and a call to action. help them through the funnel.
linkedin has been key in helping us scale to 7 figures and is the thesis behind keynotes cohort 001. 6 weeks, built for agency owners and studio founders who want linkedin to feed the business instead of sitting there as a digital resume.
applications close today. 1 spot left. if you've been sitting on it and dreaming of scaling and growing your business, here’s your opportunity to take action.
i'm rooting for you.
